What does it cost to use LetUsCater?

Nothing. There is no cost to ordering with LetUsCater. We offer direct pricing from all of the providers we work with, so there are no upcharges and no service fees either.

Can I place an order in advance for a later date?

Yes, Letuscater’s online ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose your time. Whether it's today, tomorrow, next week, or months from now, Letuscater gives you the flexibility for all your meal planning.

What if I have a special request for my order?

For every item on a restaurants' menu, our ordering system gives you the opportunity to add "Special Instructions". This will ensure the restaurant you order from prepares your meal with the attention it requires. Please be aware that some restaurants do not allow substitutions.

How do I change my order after it’s placed?

Just give our customer service team a call at 1-888-427-6782 or email the changes to orders@letuscater.com and we’ll take care of your changes for you. Once the changes are made you will get an email confirmation of all the changes for your records.

What do I do about tipping a driver?

You can add tip to the total cost of your delivery order when you check out. The tip goes directly to your driver, so please be considerate of their efforts.

What are Brownie Points?

If you are a registered user of Letuscater, every order earns you Brownie Points. You earn equivalent number of Brownie Points for the food and beverage cost of the order. Also Promotion codes can be used to earn more brownie points and they are sponsored by Letuscater and our many food providers.

How do I redeem a promotional code for extra Brownie Points?

At the Review Your Order page there is a section called coupons. Type in the promotion code and hit “add to order” and when you checkout the extra brownie points will be added to your account. Please use promotion code “first” on your first order with Letuscater and get an extra 500 Brownie Points.

How do I redeem Brownie Points for Gift Cards?

You must be a registered user of Letuscater. Login and then click My Brownie Points and follow instruction on that page. If you need more assistance please call 1-888-427-6782 and one of trained Customer service reps will be happy to help during normal business hours.

Do I need to be a registered user to order?

No, you do not need to be a registered user with Letuscater to place an order.

How do I register?
